Fast and Furious 6 hasn’t even been released, but already rumours abound on the villain in Fast & Furious 7

As far as rumours go, this one's a biggy. Possible spoiler alert... (if it's true, that is).

If you don’t want to know what is going to happen in Fast and Furious 7, or Fast and Furious 6 for that matter, you shouldn’t have clicked on this link. So if you have, and are reading this, don't blame us at the JOE office for telling you what you want to know.

While Fast and Furious 6 has still yet to hit cinemas here – it’s not due until May 24 - the rumour-mongers are ready to fill you in on the next instalment. Movie news website aintitcool.com have revealed a major spoiler in the F&F 7 movie.

*SPOILER ALERT*

Much in the same way as Fast and Furious 5 showed that Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) still alive during the end credits, Fast and Furious 6 will reveal the new villain for Fast and Furious 7. Reportedly, a mysterious driver will engage in a high-speed chase before stepping out of the car to reveal... Jason Statham.

Supposedly Statham will play Owen Shaw's (Luke Evans) older brother Ian. Statham had previously been in talks to play Owen Shaw, but opted instead to play Ian Shaw in the next movie.

We’re actually surprised he hasn’t been in a Fast and Furious movie before now...
