The ‘GAA Just Play’ app costs €0.89 and over the coming weeks will show highlights of the National Football and Hurling leagues, while club games are also to be featured.
The Irish Examiner reports this morning an archive will also be created in which subscribers can access footage from past matches, while as of last night, a highlights package feature the All-Ireland club semi-finals was available.
Liam O’Neill has been openly supportive of the move and has also not ruled out the possibility of the GAA creating their own channel.
