Happy Birthday to King Kenny Dalglish

One of the biggest legends the club has ever seen, Kenny Dalglish celebrates his 62nd birthday today, so we take a look at his greatest moments.

When Liverpool manager Bob Paisley paid a record £440,000 to bring Kenny Dalglish from Celtic to Liverpool, few could have imagined the lasting impact that the Scot would have on the club.

After joining Liverpool in 1977, it didn't take very long for Kenny Dalglish to grab his own place in the history and folklore of Liverpool, scoring the winner in the European Cup final against Bruges

Two great goals here as he shows his ability to link up with team mates easily, as well as his natural ability to finish with either foot.

Kenny marked his 300th career goal with quite a special one here, as he curled in this beautiful effort from the tightest of angles.

After the Heysel disaster in 1985, manager Joe Fagan stepped down, and Kenny was appointed player manager. Not even that added responsibility could stop him contributing on and off the pitch, as he scored the goal against Chelsea that gave Liverpool their 16^th league title
