While we will pore over the disappointing Six Nations campaign, the Provinces are back in action this weekend and Paul O’Connell is ready to get stuck in.

The Irish sides have been training with their international stars away, and with Paul O’Connell looking to get back to full fitness, he will leave no stone unturned as he looks to play his part at the business end of the season.
Munster were training at CIT in Cork today ahead of the clash with Connacht this Saturday and if some the pictures tell us anything, it is that the second row is determined to end the season in style for club, country and perhaps the Lions. Is it too early to suggest a Lions roar?

What will also please Munster fans is the sight of Simon Zebo taking to the field in Cork today, albeit in . The 23 year-old has targeted the Harlequins game as his return game, though he concedes it is no more than 50/50 at this stage.
One other photo taken today caught our attention. Again it features O’Connell in a pose we can only assume that he was playing some sort of game that involved an imaginary toilet.

And we were always under the impression O’Connell took no shi*.
