Jameson take over the Academy for Paddy’s Day with Bombay Bicycle Club and DJs

This Paddy’s Day, Jameson are celebrating by bringing Bombay Bicycle Club to the intimate stage in The Academy on Abbey Street, Dublin. The band will play two headline shows at The Academy and at the Twisted Pepper with DJ Daniel Wang and other support acts including The Cast of Cheers and Jape. While the event is sold out, it will be live streamed for those who want to see what’s going on from 10.50 pm on March 17.

Bombay Bicycle Club are playing for the first time since they sold out their Dublin show last year. They have also recorded an acoustic performance of ‘You Already Know’ exclusively for Jameson St. Patrick’s Live, revisiting their debut B-side and giving it an intimate spin.

The video features the band playing the track acoustically, taking the emotive sincerity of the 2008 original and adding a deeper, more mature sound.

The Twisted Pepper will also host a 14 hour live DJ experience, starting from midday on St Paddy's Day. The line-up includes electronic music from renowned DJs Erol Alkan, Surgeon, DJ EZ and Daniel Wang throughout four separate rooms within the venue, bringing the best in house, electro, disco and garage.

Ahead of his set at Jameson St. Patrick’s Live, Daniel Wang has put together an exclusive mix to demonstrate just what you can expect at The Twisted Pepper on the night.
