With more Mario talk than a Nintendo convention, here’s all today’s transfer rumours in one convenient and accessible place.

After their much publicised dust-up earlier this week, Mario Balotelli’s future at Manchester City was always going to be the subject of much tabloid fodder this month and the papers are convinced that he has already used up all of the 100 chances Roberto Mancini promised he would give his mercurial talent.

In yesterday’s round-up, we mentioned that Italy was his most likely destination and there is further clarification today with the Daily Star suggesting he’s on his way to AC Milan, the club he supported growing up and whose jersey he wore while playing for another Italian club… in the same city… who are arch rivals with the Rossoneri and share the same stadium.

The Star, backed up by The People and The Mirror, also suggest that Man City already have a replacement in mind in the shape of Edinson Cavani, the brilliant Uruguayan who would cost City only £45 million. Peanuts to Sheikh Mansour and his associates.

The Star and The People have obviously been sniffing for gossip in the same places as both are reporting that Swansea striker Danny Graham is being targeted by north-eastern rivals Sunderland and Newcastle. Even though Michu can’t stop banging them in, the Swans aren’t exactly flush with strikers, but that hasn’t stopped The People from reporting that the Black Cats are on the verge of a £4million deal.

Moving onto strikers on another level from Graham (Sorry Danny, but we think you’ll understand), the Sunday Express have suggested that Real Madrid may launch a big money move for Sergio Aguero, who has recently split from his wife, Diego Maradona’s daughter Giannina, who has returned to Argentina with the couple’s three-year old son.

The Sunday Express have speculated that Aguero may wish to make a move to Spain, where he will be closer to his family and where he knows the language, and having been linked with Real in the past, a £50 million move has been mooted.

Speaking of family situations, the Daily Star have also suggested that the fact that David Villa’s wife is expecting a baby this month makes a move to England and more specifically Arsenal unlikely, meaning that Arsene might have to look elsewhere to fill the huge void left by the departure of Marouane Chamakh and his funky hairstyle to West Ham.

Finally, if you missed it this morning, it looks as if two Irish internationals – Robbie Brady and David Meyler – are set to secure permanent moves to Hull City in the coming days, meaning that the KC Stadium should be one of the first stops on Trap’s itinerary the next time he puts the DVD remote away to watch some of the Boys in Green in the flesh.
