We’re not sure how extensive Dougal’s meteorological knowledge is, but we think even he’d recognise that it is a little cloudy out there today.

We seem to be getting the full range of weather conditions, as this Dublin time lapse yesterday clearly showed, and today our skies have been covered with clouds, with our neighbours in the UK experiencing something similar.

This NASA picture was taken today at 1pm and shows the view from space, and it looks all-white to us (sorry, we'll get our coat).
