McGahan names unchanged Munster side

Tony McGahan has named the same XV that defeated the Ospreys last weekend for Saturday’s return clash with the Welsh side at the Liberty Stadium.

In the only change to the matchday squad, Donnacha Ryan will start the game amongst the replacements instead of Paul O’Connell, who was handed a four week ban earlier this week for an incident with Ospreys’ Jonathan Thomas upon his introduction at Thomond Park on Sunday.

Given the six day turnaround, Munster confined themselves to just one field session this week, on Wednesday in Cork Institute of Technology (CIT). They fly out this morning arriving in Cardiff International Airport shortly after 1pm and will have their Captain's Run out at the Liberty Stadium later this afternoon.

Munster’s clash with the Ospreys kicks off in the Liberty Stadium on Saturday at 3.30pm.

Replacements: Mike Sherry, Darragh Hurley, John Hayes, Donnacha Ryan, Alan Quinlan, Peter Stringer, Lifeimi Mafi, Denis Hurley.
