According to his fellow Brazilian Daniel Alves, Neymar is on his way to Barcelona, they're just not sure when he'll arrive.

The young, super-talented Brazilian star Neymar has been the subject of huge speculation from the clubs who've got a big enough chequebook to sign him, such as Manchester City or Chelsea, but according to his compatriot Dani Alves, his destination is already agreed.
While reports emerged a while back talking of a pre-agreement with Barcelona, Neymar himself rubbished those claims just last month, after winning the 'King of South American Football' award in Uruguay, stating “I have no agreement with Barcelona or with anyone else”.
But Alves' version of events differs from that of Neymar when he spoke to Spanish sports paper El Mundo Deportivo today, ahead of another meeting between Real Madrid and Barcelona tomorrow night.
“He knows what's there, the agreement that he's got, which is to come in the future” said Alves, “but if I were him, to get to the World Cup in the best possible form” he added, “I would come over now because his game would improve”.
Asked if he feared that Manchester City could still come in at the last minute and hijack the deal, Alves said “I don't fear it, because it's nothing to do with me [but] it's a question of choice as to where he wants to go, and we have to let him choose in peace”.
He did state however that Neymar already earns a lot of money in Brazil, so the paycheque wouldn't be a huge consideration for him when choosing.
He seems fairly definitive, and if we're going to trust anybody on this deal, we're going to trust the guy who plays football with him internationally.
While Chelsea and Man City could still swoop in, it's beginning to look more and more likely that Barcelona will have the most ridiculous strike force known to man in the next few years, if both Neymar and Messi can work together. Big fish, small pond and all that...
