The Arsenal and Juventus striker was stopped by the police last night in his home country of Denmark and charged with drink driving.
By Adrian Collins
In Copenhagen last night, Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner was stopped by the police on suspicion of drink driving after he was seen driving on the wrong side of the road.
He took to Twitter to apologise to his fans, but made a bit of an error in calling it “mild” drunk driving. He did make up for that by taking full responsibility for his actions in his next tweet however.

Even with Arsenal's problems this season, we highly doubt Arsene Wenger will be hoping that the Dane stays at the Emirates after his loan spell in Italy finishes up.
It should be noted that this is not a verified account, but it does seem to have a few pictures of him out and about doing his daily stuff, so he might just not have applied for the blue tick yet.
