We have no idea what this is about, but you will see worse kits this year. And yes, we said kits.
It strikes us as unusual in the extreme that a Belgian website would look to promote two teams playing in the Scottish Second Division, but we have to hand it to hln.be, they grabbed our attention by parading two models in bodypaint ‘wearing’ the kits of Rangers Football Club and Ayr United.
Maybe there is a far bigger interest in the Scottish Second Division in Belgium than we had suspected, and if there is, those enthusiasts will be pleased to know that the season gets underway this Saturday when the Glasgow giants host Brechin City, while Arbroath entertain Ayr.
Like we said, we have been rack-ing our brains, but we cannot see the connection. From what we can tell, both teams will take some stopping this season as they look very healthy up front.
While we do our best to make sense of it all, here are a few snaps of the kits.
