Picture: Is Jack Wilshere Arsenal’s messiah?

This brilliantly timed picture from the match yesterday against Aston Villa shows Jack Wilshere in a great light, literally.

There's been a huge amount of talk about Arsenal's midfielder Jack Wilshere, who appears to be finally growing into the space left by the departure of Cesc Fabregas.

That talk has centred around the fact that he's young, talented and English, which therefore makes him hugely hyped beyond the normal levels. However, looking at this picture, you might be forgiven for thinking he does actually have some divine right to rule the land.

While it was Santi Cazorla who was their saviour yesterday with two goals, one in the 85th minute to save their blushes, it may well be Wilshere who is their long term messiah.

It's yet to be confirmed if this picture is real or not, but either way it's pretty genius.
