Terms & Conditions –PrepayPower LTD ‘1 Year’s Free Electricity’ competition with Greencastle Media Group February2022
•This Competition is open to anyone over the age of 18 and legally resident in Republic of Ireland. Winner must be located in the Republic of Ireland.
•Once submitted these will be referred to as ‘Entrants’.
•All entrants are limited to a maximum of 1 entry. Entries received after this amount will automatically be disqualified. Entry into this Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
•The winner of the ‘1Year’s Free Electricity’ must agree to become a PrepayPower customer.
•The winner must be willing to have a PrepayPower meter installed in their property. If this is unsuitable for them, they can nominate a friend/ family member to receive the prize. No cash alternative will be offered.
•The winner will be contacted via phone.
•1 winner in total will be selected, from all valid entries. This winner will be selected at random. Prior to judging all personal information will be removed so entrants cannot be uniquely identified. The prize must be claimed within 28 days of the draw.
•The winner must consent to PrepayPower using their name, town, image for publicity purposes without any remuneration. PrepayPower may promote or announce details about the prize winner on social media, on its website, or in any other media of its own choosing.
•The Competition is not open to employees of PrepayPower or their immediate families.
•‘1Years Free Electricity’ is deemed as:
- Being the Estimated Annual Consumption(EAC) of the average meter in Ireland. This figures is 4,200 kWh for electricity as per the CRU.
- A maximum value of €1539.03over a twelve-month period.
•The prize is applicable to one domestic Meter Point Reference Number (“MPRN”) in Republic of Ireland. If the winner has more than one MPRN, only one MPRN will be awarded with the ‘1Year’s Free Electricity’
•‘1Year’s Free Electricity’ will run for12 months, or up to the value €1539.03 of electricity being supplied to the premises, whichever is earlier, commencing on the day the meter is installed.
•If at any point the account is disconnected, cancelled, or closed by the customer the remainder of the Prize will be forfeited.
•PrepayPower reserve the right to terminate this competition without notice.
•All terms & conditions above are subject to change & PrepayPower reserve the right to make amendments to such without notice.
