Reports: Real Madrid lining up £70 million bid for Luis Suarez
It looks like it's shaping up to be another summer of transfer sagas for Liverpool fans
There's no doubting that Luis Suárez is one of the most coveted players in the Premier League, and even though Liverpool will be in the Champions League next year, with their title challenge on the rocks now, he may be looking abroad for a new club in the summer.
According to The Mirror, that club could well be Real Madrid, with a report today stating that the La Liga giants are planning to swoop in with £70 million this summer to tempt Liverpool to part with the Uruguayan.
Last summer's drawn out transfer saga with Suárez saw interest from Spain, but Bale remained their number one target. This summer they have their sights firmly set on the newly-crowned PFA Player of the Year, making him their main priority, and there are also reports that they may offer Karim Benzema or Álvaro Morata as part exchange for the Anfield star.
Either way, silly season is officially underway now, let the speculation begin.
