The girl from the ‘Overly Attached Girlfriend’ meme is back and this time she’s got herself the leading role in a new Samsung commercial. It’s a little unnerving, to be honest.
The marketing guys from tech giants Samsung obviously thought it would be a great idea to hop on the internet meme bandwagon by recruiting Laina Walker aka ‘Overly Attached Girlfriend’ for their latest online commercial. It sees her portraying your computer as… an overly attached computer.
We will admit, there’s something sexy about Laina, but it’s certainly not when she’s doing her overly attached face. So why the Samsung have decided to use her showing off her attached side is beyond us. Having said that, it will stick with us for a while so we guess they’ve done their job.
