The scramble for All-Ireland football tickets has been as intense this year as any other we can recall, which will make this story from Coppers last night tough for some to take.
The well-known Dublin establishment will be awash of Mayo and Dublin folk this weekend – plus representatives from every other county we’d wager – with All-Ireland Final fever really kicking into gear.
Now there aren’t many who haven’t made mistakes in Coppers, but someone woke up this morning not only to possibly a sore head, but also to discover that they are two tickets lighter in the pocket after last night's escapades.
Now the lucky recipient of the two tickets doesn’t seem too appreciative of the fact, but many supporters who are ticket-less for the day might just agree with her sentiments.
