His French Open campaign ended with a first-round defeat to local hero Richard Gasquet, but the 101st ranked player did not go down without a fight. Well a fight with the umpire at the very least.

During the first set he argued with the official over a call, with the chair umpire calling the ball out, much to his annoyance. So aggrieved was the Ukranian with the decision that he grabbed his iPhone to take a picture of a close-up of the clay to try to make his point. He later put the image up on Twitter.

The 27 year-old, who lost in straight sets to Gasquet, received only a warning for his actions, though the picture doesn’t look totally conclusive to us.
