The Dr. Crokes Twitter account was not pleased with the ref in the Munster final today
There are many dangers involved with live tweeting a match, and this is definitely one of them
Dr. Crokes claimed their third AIB Munster Senior Club Football Championship in a row today, but it was a tough task as they were taken right to the wire by Cratloe of Clare. Johnny Buckley was the hero as he slotted over the decisive point in injury-time to give them a 0-13 to 0-12 win, but there were plenty of talking points from the match.
One of them was the sending off of Colm Cooper, and we presume that was the moment that the folks in charge of the Twitter account decided they'd seen enough from the ref for the day.
The tweet was deleted, and was clearly sent in error as the club took to their account again to clear up the matter.
The Dr. Crokes Club would like to officially disassociate ourselves from the previous comment made regarding the referee

We're sure the person at fault has been reprimanded for their itchy Twitter trigger finger.
Hat-tip to Kevin McCarthy on Twitter for this one
