Three men in their 20s were admitted to the Mater Hospital and the Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown after being victims of a shooting.
It has been reported that the trio were in Corduff Park at around 11.30pm when the incident took place.
Two gunmen approached them before unleashing a plethora of shots, hitting all three men. One of the men is in critical condition, while the other two are in a serious condition.
It is believed that two of the men managed to run some distance away from the gunmen, while the other was shot in the head.
The area has since been sealed off and the Gardaí are calling upon witnesses to give information to Blanchardstown Garda Station at 01-6667000.
