Comedian and presenter Russell Brand hosts a music and comedy gig in aid of the Comic Relief charity. Performers include Emeli Sande, Jake Bugg, Jessie J, Kasabian, Nicole Scherzinger, Noel Gallagher, Paloma Faith and Rizzle Kicks. Stand up comedy from Jimmy Carr, Jason Manford, Doc Brown, Eddie Izzard, Noel Fielding and Simon Amstell. All proceeds from the show will be used to help support people affected by drug and alcohol addiction.

Sporting Pick: Six Nations U20s, RTE 2, 7.30 pm

Live coverage of the under 20s rugby with Ireland versus France in Dubarry Park Athlone. This is both teams fourth match so far. Presented by Joanne Cantwell and Mark McDermott with commentary by Ryle Nugent and Donal Lenihan. Kick off at 7.35 pm.
