The final of the AIB Start-up Academy took place in the Sugar Club in Dublin.
The eleven AIB Start-up Academy finalists descended upon the Sugar Club in Dublin. After an eight week course, each start-up pitched in front of a panel of judges for the chance to share a prize package worth €250,000, which included a €20,000 cash injection for the overall winner and runner-up prizes of substantial advertising and marketing packages, development support, and office space.
Tension was high on the night, but also a sense of camradery between the finalists who had got to know each other very well in the previous couple of months.
It was a great night all round and huge congratulations must go to Martin O'Connell and Nasal Medical on their brilliant win.
