Was this showboating? Yes. Was it slightly unnecessary? Perhaps. Was it absolutely brilliant? Hell to the yes.

You may have heard of Victor Oladipo before. He is making waves in the US thanks to his performances for Indiana University and only last week we had a video of him executing a sensational block against Ohio State on the site.

Oladipo went one better during Indiana’s victory over Illinois in the Big Ten Tournament – a game in which he scored 12 points and claimed 11 rebounds – with a quite ridiculous 360 degree dunk at the finish that sent the watching crowd into raptures.

Remember the name; chances are you’ll be hearing it a lot in the future.
