The monster price tag that was slapped on Gareth Bale this summer to push the move to Real Madrid through would surely add a huge amount of pressure for the Welshman, but now that he’s back fully fit and seems to have settled in a bit better, he’s shown a marked improvement.
He continued that good form last night as he grabbed an important goal in the Champions League for Madrid in Turin as they took on Italian giants Juventus. The assist came from Ronaldo as Bale smashed in a left footed shot, which there was very little Gigi Buffon could do about.
