Video: Husband-to-be must have been bricking it over this LEGO marriage proposal

When did marriage proposals get so creative? A few months after we declared a singing proposal on a train to be the best ever, followed by an Internet meme attempt, now somebody’s used LEGO.

Is any woman truly worthy of the incredible awesomeness of a LEGO marriage proposal? Apparently so, as those were the lengths that filmmaker Walt Thompson from Atlanta, Georgia, who created a mini-masterpiece with a LEGO clip for his partner Nealey Dozier, went to. Obviously, she said yes.

In an interview with the Huffington Post, romantic Mr Thompson said that he went to so much effort with the clip that he even gave the LEGO versions of he and his wife “clothes that we were dressed in when we met.”

“He claimed to be working on an anniversary poem, which didn’t raise any flags because he writes me one every year,” added his bride-to-be. Wait… he writes her a yearly poem too?! What a man, what a mighty good man.

The proposal itself can be seen below and while we commend the incredible work done by Mr Thompson, he’s just elevated the marriage proposal expectations of women all over the world. Damn him.
