Remember the classic car scene in Wayne’s World that featured the Bohemian Rhapsody song? Well a group of Irish lads have their own 2013 version.
By Declan Whooley
These lads were en route to Castlebar from Dublin and decided they needed to create their own entertainment for the journey, so a rave was the obvious choice.
Motorway journeys can be uneventful at the best of times, so these boys on their way home from St. Pats wanted to liven things up a little.
Pulling out their finest dance moves while remaining seated, the lighting is simple yet effective as they manage to recreate a clubbing scene in the back seat. For our money, the Wayne's World scene has the edge, but fair play lads for effort.
Obviously we hope that it didn’t affect matters for the driving and the group reached Mayo safely.
It must have made for an unusual sight to other fellow motorists!
Hat-tip to Kevin Keegan, not the former Newcastle manager if the picture is anything to by, for sending this our way.
