We’ve heard of footballers described as cowboys before but we’ve never taken it literally until now.
When the World Cup comes around we tend to forget about the players that aren’t involved, but while the vast majority are off sunning themselves in wherever footballers like to sun themselves, some of them are actually doing interesting things with their time off.
Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva, for example, looked to be having a great time lassoing a cow in a video he posted to his Instagram page with the line ‘Reminding my childhood and having fun’.
Perhaps his Liverpool teammates Moo-is Suarez and Philippe Cow-tinho (who, like Lucas, is not in the Brazil squad) will join him when the World Cup’s over, eh? *JOE goes to get coat*
