Breaking your leg is one of the most painful things that can happen, but we can only imagine what landing on a balancing beam ball sack first must feel like.

Sadly for this bloke, who must have been trying to improve his gymnastic skills, he missed the beam on the landing and ended up smashing his groin right into the beam.

The sound of the impact might make you sit up a little straighter in your chair, but it’s the looped replay that really got us.

At least he’ll be able to hit those high notes from now on...
