Ever wondered what it feels like if you happen to tumble off the side of a mountain...
Luckily, British climber Mark Roberts survived this terrifying tumble with just cuts and bruises. And luckily for us he was wearing a helmet cam so his 100-foot fall off the side of Scottish mountain Ben Nevis was captured for all eternity.
The fall happened at the end of last month and the solo climber had to be airlifted from the mountain.
Speaking to climbing site BMC, Roberts said: “You have to laugh sometimes but, seriously, even with experience of risk assessment and making decisions, sometimes things just happen. When it all happens so quickly, you just try not panic and hope there’s some luck with you,” he explained.
It certainly was that day.
