Waiting for Lightning is the documentary of skateboarder Danny Way’s life. The story starts with his broken-home childhood in Vista, California and how he came to be a world famous skateboarder.
No ramp too high, no jump too terrifying, the movie shows how Danny goes further and further, including building one of the steepest and most dangerous ramps ever used by a skateboarder, then jumping out of a helicopter onto it, and across the Great Wall of China.
Not something you’ll see everyday.
