In the game between the Ottawa Senators and the Philadelphia Flyers, this massive hit took Mike Lundin out of the game.

If you've ever seen the film Goon, then you'll know that leaving your feet before making a challenge is top goonery, but it is also against the rules and major misconduct, which is exactly the penalty Harry Zolnierczyk got after this hit.

Mike Lundin was injured as a result of this massive hit, but his team mate Kaspars Daugavins came rushing over after taking exception to the piece of foul play.

Zac Rinaldo from the Flyers then came over and got involved too, and a fight broke out between the two of them, with Daugavins ending up on the end of a shoeing from Rinaldo before the refs stepped in.

Zolnierczyk served his penalty in the box, the hefty punishment of 5 minutes out of the game, which we're sure Lundin was thrilled about.
