A wildlife cameraman left his GoPro lying around in Alaska and a grizzly bear tried to eat it. The footage is pretty unpleasant.
The BBC produce the best wildlife documentaries in the world. We all love them and they have to go to some extremes to get those great shots.
Stuff like this in fact.
Biologist Brad Josephs was in Alaska, trying to get some footage of grizzly bears. He left his GoPro (a handy little portable camera) on the ground to capture the big hairy monsters doing their thing.
What he didn’t expect was for one of the fearsome beasts to try and eat the camera. And luckily for Josephs, the bear in question didn’t break it and munched on it in such a way as that we got to see what being eaten by a grizzly bear would look like.
You won’t be surprised to know it would feature a lot of very sharp teeth and a disturbing amount of spit and blood.
The video is pretty gross to be honest, but we guarantee you have never seen anything like it before either.
