Wayne Rooney has received a virtual hair transplant to accompany his £30,000 operation this summer, as the first picture of his new look showed up in FIFA 12.
Outside of who was going to replace sacked the series co-commentator Andy Gray (step forward Alan Smith), the second biggest question on every FIFA fans lips was whether or not the video game would fully replicate Wayne Rooney’s £30,000 summer hair transplant.
The answer, as you can see below, is an emphatic ‘yes’. This year the striker shares the cover of the industry’s biggest football title with Arsenal youngster Jack Wilshere and keen to ensure they have the most authentic-looking version of the Manchester United star, they’ve added more than a few hairs to his bonce.
