This is one of our favourite memorials for the actor…

There’s been some wonderful tributes to the late Robin Williams over the past few days. The warmth and emotion shown by people is a massive reflection of how much the actor meant to film and comedy fans across the world.

This lovely tribute was spotted in Blackrock in Dublin this morning…

Robin Williams

The piece was done by artist Pan Cooke and we thought we’d show it to you after we spotted it on the I’m from Ireland but more importantly I’m from Dublin Facebook page.

If you’re a fan of Robin Williams and you want to help a great cause, there’s a screening of Dead Poets Society in Merrion Square at 8pm tonight (€5) and there will be a screening of Good Will Hunting in Fitzwilliam Square at 7.30pm on Saturday (€10).

The money raised from tonight’s screening will be donated to suicide and self harm crisis centre Pieta House and the money raised on Saturday will be donated to a yet to be confirmed charity. The events are being run by the lovely people at Happenings. See you all there.
