Quack! Quack! Quack!
JOE is a massive fan of The Mighty Ducks and we have all three films recorded on video tapes at home safely stored away in our secure safe. So when we heard that a fourth movie could be on the horizon, we were ridiculously excited.
To give people a bit of background to the series, Mashable released a video titled “’Mighty Ducks’ Explained In 2 Minutes”, which has tainted our view of the trilogy somewhat as they point out some obvious plot flaws and they suggest that Coach Bombay slept with Charlie’s Mom.
We have yet to clarify the legitimacy of this claim but JOE refuses to believe that Charlie’s Mom would do such a thing even though it may explain the bias that Coach Bombay has towards Charlie.
Unfortunately for fans, there is no mention of the Bash Brothers or Julie ‘The Cat’ Gaffney, who were up there with our favourite characters in the movie. Did you know she won the State Championship for Maine three years in a row?
For anyone that has yet to see these pieces of cinematic brilliance, we highly recommend you tune into the feel-good films next time they are on television… usually around Christmas.
