Video: Cathal Pendred’s documentary with MTV UK

Cathal Pendred has been taking the world of MMA by storm and MTV UK decided to find out more about the Dublin fighter.

Pendred has made quite a splash since he burst onto the scene and after another victory at the weekend, he may well have fought his last fight in Cage Warriors with his sights set firmly on the UFC.

This documentary looks at his school days and his early sporting career, including being surrounded by some high profile rugby players at Belvedere. His old mucker Cian Healy even tells us how the two settled their differences on the very first day of school. We then witness his progression to the world of MMA and how he has come to be one of the most exciting talents in irish sport.

The documentary is a real insight for any sports fan with contributions from those who have been there from his early school days.
