The incidents occurred while the plane was on the runway at an airport in Tokyo.
An American passenger was arrested for choking an All Nippon Airways (ANA) employee while a plane bound for Los Angeles was on the runway at Narita International Airport in Tokyo on Monday.
Footage recorded by fellow passenger Corey Hour also showed the man in question in a violent altercation with another passenger before he was eventually removed from the flight.
The man, clad in a bright shirt, can be seen fighting with another passenger and walking away before returning to reignite the feud while flight attendants did their best to intervene.

He yells, "You think I'm crazy? What about the government!" Then exits the plane. 1.5 hours later and we finally take off. 😴 jfc

For the record ANA staff and passengers handled the situation with grace and respect. They did the best they could to diffuse the situation.

Another witness, meanwhile, wrote that the man had yelled “You think I’m crazy? What about the government!” before leaving the plane. The plane eventually departed approximately an hour and a half later.
According to Japan Today, the man, who was allegedly drunk, was subsequently arrested and charged with assault.
