Men may have more on their minds than ‘doing the bold thing’ after all if this study on sex drives is anything to go by.
While it’s a bit jaded to suggest that all men think about is sex, 24 hours a day and seven days of the week, a conception among many people is that as men we are the hornier sex. Well, that’s not true, according to a new study on sex drives in the UK.
Voucher Codes Pro surveyed more than 2,000 people who were in a relationship, and the number of women who said they wanted more sex than they were having – 59% – dwarfed the number of men who said the same thing at just 41%.
The study also noted that a fifth of all couples argue about the fact that they’re not having enough sex, and around 60% of respondents said that their sex lives lacked a sense of adventure.
A not insignificant 7% of people said they cheated on their partners, with two-fifths admitting to looking at porn.
Finally, 28% of people responding to the survey admitted to using adult toys to get what they needed in place of a satisfying sex life.
