Brought to you by Coca-Cola Supercan. Big Refreshment. Bigger Dreams. Now in a 500ml can.

Three aspiring creatives will win mentorship, industry experience and the chance to perform at Electric Picnic, courtesy of Coca-Cola Dream Academy.

Ever dreamed of turning your passion into something bigger? For plenty of young creatives across Ireland, the ambition is there. The challenge is figuring out how to take that next step, and that's exactly what Coca-Cola Dream Academy is here to help with.

Applications are now open for the brand-new programme, which was launched as part of Coca-Cola's No Dream Too Big platform. It is designed to help aspiring creatives gain once-in-a-lifetime opportunities and real industry experience, while learning directly from some of the country’s leading talent.

What is Coca-Cola Dream Academy?

While talent is everywhere, opportunities often aren’t. Coca-Cola Dream Academy has been created to help bridge that gap, giving young creatives the support, guidance and industry access they need to take the next step with confidence.

The programme is all about real-world experience, pairing selected applicants with established industry mentors across three creative routes: Dance, DJing and Fashion Styling. It’s not about being the finished product, but having the passion, potential and drive to grow.

What will applicants be judged on?

This isn’t about having the most polished portfolio, but about raw talent, real passion and people who are genuinely committed to their craft.

Applications will be judged on four key areas: passion and intent, potential, personal story and brand affinity. In simple terms, they want to see why you care, what you’ve already started doing, where you could go with the right support, and how you connect with the Coca-Cola spirit of optimism and ambition.

It’s about helping those already building their career, even if it's just starting.

What will the winners get?

Aspiring dancers will learn from renowned choreographer and creative force Adam Fogarty, getting insight into performance, movement and building a career in dance. DJs will be mentored by one of Ireland’s most respected names behind the decks, DJ Dave Tracey, gaining access to industry knowledge, technical skills and real-world gig experience.

Meanwhile, fashion-focused applicants will work alongside acclaimed stylist Clémentine MacNeice, stepping behind the scenes of the fashion world and learning what it really takes to style at the top level.

And it doesn’t stop there - each winner will also get the chance to showcase their talent at one of Ireland’s biggest festivals, Electric Picnic. The dance winner will join Adam Fogarty on the Coca-Cola Stage for a live performance, the DJ winner will jump on the decks with Dave Treacy for a festival set, and the fashion styling winner will team up with Clémentine MacNeice to crown the best-dressed festival-goers. Not a bad way to make your debut.

How can I apply?

Sound like your kind of thing? Coca-Cola Dream Academy is open to creatives aged 18–26 who are already exploring their passion and ready to take things further.

To apply, entrants must choose one route (Dance, DJing or Fashion Styling), and submit a short 15–30 second video showing their passion for their chosen craft.

Alongside that, they’ll need to include a written response of up to 100 words explaining why this opportunity matters to them. Applicants can also include optional social media links to showcase their work.

Applications are open now until Friday, July 10, and winners will be announced on Monday, July 20.

So, could you be Ireland's next top DJ, dancer or stylist? Whether you're behind the decks, owning the dancefloor or making your mark in fashion, Coca-Cola Dream Academy could be your chance to take the next step.

After all, there's No Dream Too Big.
