Indeed, this legend of Irish rugby legend is on TMO duties, and he's not afraid to issue the strictest penalties if the situation calls for it. Putting empty cartons of milk back in the fridge? That's a penalty. Scrolling on your phone mid-conversation? You're getting a yellow card. Microwaving fish in the office canteen? That's a red card, no doubt about it.
