Now, while we’re sure that there are plenty of you out there who would have liked to attend the event, you can rest assured that you’re not missing out as there’s another AIB Start-Up Night coming up on September 18 in Sligo. We’ll have more on that later in the week.

The guest speakers on the night in Kilkenny will be Nicola Byrne and Eunice Power.

Nicola Byrne is the CEO & founder of 11890, Cloud90 & Stenics Media. She is also a board member on the Ireland US Council, the Fingal Leo Evaluation committee, a board member for the Irish Exporters Association, a board observer for the British Irish Chamber of Commerce, Chairperson of Ulster Bank Business Achievers Awards 2012, Advisory Board Member of Ryan Academy for Entrepreneurship, and also an Ambassador in Europe for Female Entrepreneurship.

Eunice Power a top class chef, a food writer with the Irish Times and a tutor at The Tannery Cookery School. Eunice has a catering business based in Dungarvan where she lives with her husband and three GAA-playing sons.

Both will share their insights and experiences of setting up as an entrepreneur in Ireland.
