Anita Williams, a barrister from Banbridge Co. Down, stepped out of her robes and into a bikini today and claimed the title of Fitness Model Northern Ireland champion.
She hopes to go one better and claim the world title in the over-40s category this weekend in Dublin.
Williams, who is a mother to two children, practices criminal, civil and family law in her day job. Staying fit for contests like the one she just stormed is gruelling work, and she says she starts her workout at 6.30am every day.
