In the sixth and final video in his True Strength training series, Optimum Nutrition athlete Andy Cullen goes through the exercises that make up his conditioning and abs workout.
Before starting any workout, it is absolutely imperative that you warm up properly first. For example, I warm up for five minutes on the cross-trainer at a steady pace to warm up my body and get my blood flowing.
Andy Cullen’s conditioning and abs workout
Conditioning
Burpees: 30 seconds x 3-5 rounds
Jumping squats: 30 seconds x 3-5 rounds
Mountain climbers: 30 seconds x 3-5 rounds
*30 seconds per exercise with a 30 second break in between
Abs
Hanging leg raises: 4 sets x 12 reps
Plank: 4 sets x 1 minute hold
