We know there’s probably some of you feeling a little worse for wear today. It’s a Bank Holiday after all so we’re guessing more than a couple of you indulged in a few jars of wobbly water.
But don’t worry, we’ve got your back, or rather Chef Adrian (Adrian Martin) has got your back.
He recently appeared on the JOE Show where he decided to teach the good people of Ireland how to make “Fool’s Gold”, a famous sandwich which was created in America and has legendary links to Elvis Presley.
We could go on and on about it, but it’s probably easier to let Adrian himself explain how to make it. We urge you to keep an open mind.
