Sunday, 20 October, the
SPAR Cross Country Xperience is coming to the National Cross Country Track on the grounds of the Sport Ireland campus in Blanchardstown, Dublin.
While unknown to many, this track was purpose built specifically for Cross Country runners and is so well regarded internationally that it has been selected to host the 2020 European Cross Country Championships. Organised in association with Athletics Ireland, this is the first time the track has been opened to a recreational run.
With the benefits of cross country running including strength building and low joint impact, it'll be the ideal opportunity for anyone looking to try a new experience.
