Easy Exercise of the Week: Jack-Knife Sit Ups

An abdominal exercise which is great for toning and flattening the stomach

An abdominal exercise which is great for toning and flattening the stomach.

Instructions:

  • Lie down on your back with your legs straight and arms pointing up over your head.
  • Lift your feet and head at the same time so you are in a jack-knife position.
  • Hold the position for around three seconds and then return to lying position.
  • Repeat for desired amount of reps.
