An exercise designed to work your shoulders and get them into great shape.
Instructions:
- Sit on a press bench with the bar behind your head. Get a spotter to raise the bar over you and grab it with a front facing grip.
- Your grip should be wider than your shoulder width and when you bring the barbell down, your forearm and upper arm should be at a 90 degree angle.
- You lift the bar right up over your head till your arms lock straight. Hold at about shoulder level and slightly in front of your head. This is your starting position.
- Lower down the bar slowly to your collarbone as you inhale and then push back up to the starting position as you exhale. Repeat for desired amount of reps.
