Easy Exercise of the Week: Tricep Dumbbell Kickbacks

Burn those triceps with this workout.

  • Kneel over the bench with your arm supporting your body. Grasp dumbbell. Position upper arm parallel to floor.
  • Extend arm until it is straight. Return and repeat. Continue with opposite arm.
