This 'healthy spice bag' has fewer than 400 calories
The ultimate fakeaway.

This spice bag couldn't be easier to put together.

Kevin Walsh is a fitness expert who specialises in creating tasty recipes that are ridiculously easy to follow, and he's come up with a spice bag that will not make you feel absolutely disgusting for a week after you eat it.

You will need:

One red pepper
One red chilli
One green pepper
One onion
175 grams of chicken fillets (with chilli flakes, Chinese 5 Spice, paprika and salt to season)
200 grams of potatoes, cut into chips, and season with above mixture

...and then just follow these simple instructions. Easy.
