If you find it tough to fall asleep at night we might have the perfect solution for your problem.

The first thing you have to do is stop refreshing Facebook every minute, nothing will change, and the second thing is to follow the simple breathing exercise below.

  1. Breathe in through your nose for four seconds.
  2. Hold your breathe in for seven seconds.
  3. Breathe out through your mouth for eight seconds.
  4. Repeat those three steps three more times and you should be out like a light.
