What are you most looking forward to seeing?

WellFest, in association with KBC, takes place from 12-13 May and this year’s line-up includes some of the biggest names in fitness, mental health and nutrition. The organisers of Ireland’s largest wellness event have just released the schedule for the weekend’s events at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham.

You can choose from a packed schedule of events as you hang out with like-minded people in this wonderful open-air setting. It’s a perfect chance to get insights, advice and training tips from wellness experts, with amazing events being held over 12 stages.

Now all you need to do is decide what you want to see.

You don’t need to be an Olympic athlete or a yoga master to get something from this event. There is something for everyone from hardcore fitness fans to people who want to boost their wellbeing to anyone looking to adopt a healthier lifestyle.

You can now check out the full schedule on the WellFest website. It includes times and stages for all of the weekend’s acts. So you can be certain that you’ll catch all your favourite presenters on the day.

It’s a great chance to catch acts like “The Body Coach,” Joe Wicks, or cognitive performance specialist and former Galway hurler, Tony Og Regan. You can also enjoy talks on movement by mobility coach, Brian O’Loughlin, or get nutrition tips from the guys behind The Happy Pear.

The KBC WellGood tent will also feature some great discussions and classes. Visitors to the tent over the two days can enjoy boxing classes by Tom Dalton, get active to Boogie Bounce by Emma Weafer throughout the day, and watch a panel discussion featuring performance psychologist Gerry Hussey and best-selling cookery author Roz Purcell.

WellFest, in association with KBC, is Ireland’s largest health, fitness and wellness festival and it takes place on 12-13 May. Tickets for WellFest are available on their website.
